1. IN-STORE CONSULTATION. Bring photos and measurements of your existing fireplace or the room where you wish to install a new one to any of our four retail locations to explore our impressive array of burning displays. We want you to experience and appreciate the fireplaces firsthand!
2. IN-HOME CONSULTATION. Once we provide you with a product quote at the store, and if you’re happy with it, we’ll arrange for our estimator to visit your home for a complimentary consultation and labor estimate.
3. LET'S SCHEDULE! If you’re satisfied with everything, we’ll proceed with processing your order and add you to our installation schedule.
